My stay at Wenjin Hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of both Chinese and Western options. However, the service, particularly at the reception, was quite disappointing. The lack of warmth and professionalism from the staff really detracted from the overall experience.
